Master Davies started training in Martial arts at the age of twenty years old, firstly within Taekwondo 1st Dan and WadoRyu 1st Dan and is a Master level Martial Artist, 5th Dan with NAKMAS and British Champion and is a recognised Self Defence instructor and under the International Fighting Arts Federation 3rd DAN. Master Davies has regularly travelled around the UK competing numerous times, also attending seminars and coaching courses, training with some noted practitioners in a quest to improve his Martial Arts Skills.DFK was started by Master Davies in 2000. Firstly from his home gym in Ynysforgan and then in 2006 opening the gym in Clydach. A year later, After previously competing in his late teens and early twenties, Master Davies started competing again in 2007 at the age of 42 years young, competing nine times and winning the WUMA British Championship.
Over the last 20 years, Master Davies as coached students to 15 titles . Also a large number of students takingmedals at various competitions within England and Wales. All from a very small club that teaches private and small group training to bring students a more in depth understanding of the martialarts.
